What online meeting platforms do you use?I am able to connect with individuals around the world via Zoom, GoogleMeet, Skype, or WhatsApp.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session with you?Please contact me directly to reschedule or cancel your appointment, or use the Booking Services on my website to do so. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are subject to an additional fee.

What form of payment do you accept?I accept payments through PayPal or Zelle. Payment information will be sent along with an invoice after booking a session.

Can I do yoga if I have never done it before?Yes, my classes vary in degree of difficulty depending on your experience. Each style of yoga has its own focus and benefits, so, regardless of your skill level, you will get something out of the class you take.

What are the benefits of yoga?Yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall quality of life.

What do I need to bring to class?A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, working Internet and a device with a camera + microphone, and a quiet space are all you really need. Having additional items such as blocks, straps, or bolsters can help with support and direct what kind of stretches we do in class.

How can I set up recurring classes?I recommend first trying one class with me before setting up a recurring weekly class. Once you've done so, please let me know your interest and we'll coordinate a day of the week to consistently have class. A quote will also be provided over email.

What if I have a medical condition or injury?It's always best to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen. That being said, I am happy to adapt certain poses and practices to accommodate for your needs.

I am not flexible, can I still start yoga?Yes! Yoga is for everyone regardless of flexibility. We'll do practices to meet your body where it is.
