 We offer a variety of classes for all levels, including different styles of yoga (adjusted to your body's needs), meditation, Reiki, breathwork, and mindfulness.

  Using teachings from various traditions, my mission is to help each person reconnect and ground, as well as to facilitate alignment with Self, allowing joy to happen in their lives.
